#38: Crocodile pose
I’ve been having lower back pain. I think I slept funny and carried a heavy bag on my shoulder for longer than what was good for me. I’ve been doing Crocodile Pose, which is a gentle pose that seems to release the lower back. Crocodile Pose seems to also be a good counter pose for back bends like boat pose, cobra pose and sphinx pose.
Here’s what you do:
Lie on your stomach, with your legs wide apart, and use your hands as a pillow for your head.
